As Senior Brand Manager, I developed and executed tactical and strategic marketing initiatives for Hyatt’s Luxury Brands — Park Hyatt, Andaz, and Alila —while addressing key business objectives, strengthening each brand’s integrity, and honoring the spirit of individual properties.

In this role, I led a number of global brand development projects, including the creation and launch of ParkHyattSuites.com, an immersive, content-rich website — featuring more than 150 commissioned videos — designed for luxury travel advisors to increase VIP bookings among the portfolio’s most exclusive accommodations.

I also ideated and managed integrated marketing communications efforts, with a focus on content creation and visual identity, as well as oversaw planning for brand events. High-visibility campaigns included the celebration of Park Hyatt’s 40th Anniversary, which encompassed global B2B and B2C print and digital advertising buys, updated collateral in a refreshed look and feel, targeted messaging for sales and marketing teams, travel agent roundtables, focused media and influencer outreach, and a roadshow series spanning four countries.
